At Sevilla Running Club, we strive to provide a seamless and high-quality shopping experience. Despite our efforts to ensure product availability, certain circumstances may necessitate the cancellation of a purchase. Below, we outline our purchase cancellation policy.

Cancellation reasons:

  • Out of Stock: If any product you have purchased is unavailable in our inventory or cannot be delivered for any reason, we will cancel that part of your purchase and promptly refund the corresponding amount.
  • System Errors: If a system failure results in the sale of unavailable products, we will cancel the purchase and issue a full refund.
  • Fraudulent Payments: To maintain a safe and reliable environment for all our customers, we reserve the right to cancel any purchase suspected of fraud. A refund will be issued, and the purchase will be voided.
  • Users Expelled from the Community: If a user has been previously expelled from the Sevilla Running Club community for policy violations, we will not allow them to make purchases in our store. Any purchase by an expelled user will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.

Cancellation and Refund Process:

In the event of a cancellation for any of the reasons mentioned above, we will inform you immediately via email and refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used for the purchase.
