Refund Policy
At Sevilla Running Club, we recognize the significance of our members' satisfaction. Therefore, we have implemented a refund policy that applies to all our online offerings and products. This policy pertains to refunds for purchases made within the last 15 days before the refund request.
Procedure for Requesting a Refund:
- Contact Support: If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to request a refund, please get in touch with our support team promptly. You can contact us via [contact email] or [phone number] and provide the necessary details to process your request.
- Provide Purchase Information: To streamline the process, please provide accurate details about your purchase, such as the transaction date, the type of service or product obtained, and any other relevant information.
- Evaluation of the Request: Once we receive your request, we will thoroughly assess it. Refund requests will only be considered if made within 15 days of the purchase.
- Refund Processing: If your request meets the criteria and is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take several days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Exceptions: This refund policy applies to most services and products offered by Sevilla Running Club. However, there may be exceptions, and certain products or services might have specific refund policies. Please review the terms and conditions of each service or product before purchasing.
In the Event of Sevilla Running Club Ceasing Operations:
- Refunds will be issued for services paid for within the last 15 days before the club's closure or suspension.
- For premium, platinum, and individual services, if they have not been used and were paid for within the last 15 days before the closure, refunds will be processed.
- Refunds for premium services will be partial.
- Individual services will be fully refunded if paid for within the last 15 days before closure.
- For platinum services that have exceeded 15 days, refunds cannot be processed. However, we will ensure that platinum service members receive the t-shirt.
