Welcome to Sevilla Running Club! By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms of use:

Exclusive Use for Personal Purposes: Sevilla Running Club services are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use, unless explicitly permitted by Sevilla Running Club or stated otherwise in the specific terms and conditions of the service.

Intellectual Property Rights: The use of Sevilla Running Club services does not grant any rights for commercial or promotional purposes, nor does it constitute a waiver or grant of any intellectual property rights.

Attendance at Events: Access to Sevilla Running Club events is subject to venue availability. If capacity is insufficient, Sevilla Running Club reserves the right to remove members from the event. No claims will be accepted in cases of event cancellation, extension, or elimination.

Manipulation of Ratings or Reviews: Manipulating ratings or reviews through any means, including bots, scripts, or automated processes, is strictly prohibited. Providing or accepting compensation or incentives to manipulate ratings or reviews is also prohibited.

Responsibility for Belongings: Members are responsible for their belongings at all times during Sevilla Running Club events.

Health Responsibility: Members are responsible for their own health and must be aware of their physical condition before participating in any event. By signing up for our events, you acknowledge that you are capable of exercising without health issues. Sevilla Running Club is not responsible for any incidents resulting from health problems.

Event Responsibility: Members are responsible for any incidents such as theft, robbery, injury, or other damages that occur during Sevilla Running Club events. Sevilla Running Club, its organizers, staff members, and other members are not liable for incidents that occur within and outside the events.

Misuse of the Sevilla Running Club Brand: Unauthorized use of the Sevilla Running Club brand or engaging in activities in its name without authorization is strictly prohibited. Any infringement will lead to immediate expulsion and legal action.

Access to Our Services: Access to our services requires registration for events through the Meetup app or through the sign up form from this website. If these registration methods are not used, Sevilla Running Club is not responsible if the event is at full capacity and you cannot attend.

Sale of Audiovisual Content or Merchandising Material: Delivery times for purchased content or materials may vary depending on availability, production, and transportation processes.

Premium Services: Premium members have priority in confirming attendance at events and must confirm within the specified timeframe. Sevilla Running Club is not responsible if capacity is filled by other members.

Respect for Others: Harassing, insulting, or causing harm to any member, organizer, staff, or the Sevilla Running Club environment is strictly prohibited. Failure to respect these rules will result in consequences.

Sevilla Running Club reserves the right to monitor members' use of services to ensure compliance with these terms of use. Any violation of these rules constitutes a serious breach of this agreement.
